The Woman Behind the Brand

Cristina Colón

Founder & Creative Visionary

For Cristina Colón, Rose & Steel was never meant to be just another activewear brand. It was born from a lifelong passion for sport, fashion, and the effortless elegance of country club living.

Raised in Palmas del Mar, Puerto Rico, Cristina grew up immersed in tennis, golf, equestrian, and the traditions that define club culture. Those experiences shaped not only her lifestyle, but also her vision for a brand that could move seamlessly between sport, leisure, travel, and everyday life.

Professionally trained as a corporate attorney, Cristina has built businesses across multiple industries, bringing together strategic thinking, entrepreneurship, and creative vision. Her experience as both a business owner and restaurateur reinforced her belief that the strongest brands don't simply sell products—they create communities and memorable experiences.

While golf first inspired Rose & Steel, Cristina recognized a broader opportunity. She envisioned apparel that could perform on the course or court while feeling equally at home over brunch, during travel, or throughout everyday life.

Today, she continues to shape Rose & Steel through thoughtful collaborations, editorial storytelling, and experiences that bring together fashion, movement, and community.

For Cristina, Rose & Steel represents something greater than fashion.

It is an invitation to embrace a life lived beautifully—with confidence, purpose, and movement.
