  1. Order Processing 1.1 Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt. 1.2 Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. 1.3 Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not be processed until the following business day.

  2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes 2.1 Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days 2.2 Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days 2.3 Overnight Shipping: Next business day (if ordered before 12:00 PM EST)

  3. Shipping Rates 3.1 Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $100, otherwise $7.95 3.2 Expedited Shipping: $15.95 3.3 Overnight Shipping: $29.95

  4. International Shipping 4.1 Rose & Steel, LLC ships to select international destinations. 4.2 International shipping rates and timeframes vary by location. 4.3 Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

  5. Tracking Information 5.1 A tracking number will be provided via email once the order has been shipped. 5.2 Customers can track their orders on our website using their order number and email address.

  6. Address Accuracy 6.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. 6.2 Rose & Steel, LLC is not liable for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address information.

  7. Shipment Confirmation 7.1 An email confirmation will be sent once the order has been shipped. 7.2 If you do not receive a confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact our customer service.

  8. Lost or Damaged Packages 8.1 Rose & Steel, LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they have been transferred to the shipping carrier. 8.2 In the event of a lost or damaged package, customers should contact the shipping carrier directly.

  9. Delivery Delays 9.1 Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. 9.2 Rose & Steel, LLC is not liable for shipping delays due to weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

  10. Undeliverable Packages 10.1 If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact the customer for further instructions. 10.2 Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  11. Limitation of Liability 11.1 Rose & Steel, LLC's liability for any claim arising from shipping shall not exceed the cost of replacing the affected product or the shipping charges, whichever is less. 11.2 Rose & Steel, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from shipping issues.

  12. Changes to Shipping Policy 12.1 Rose & Steel, LLC reserves the right to modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. 12.2 The shipping policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

  13. Governing Law 13.1 This shipping policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Rose & Steel, LLC is headquartered, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

  14. Severability 14.1 If any provision of this shipping policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
