Rose & Steel, LLC Return Policy

Effective Date: 09/18/2024

  1. Return Period 1.1 Customers may return eligible items purchased from Rose & Steel, LLC ("the Company") within 30 days of the original purchase date. 1.2 The 30-day period begins on the day the item is delivered to the customer, as indicated by the shipping carrier's records.

  2. Eligibility for Returns 2.1 Items must be in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact. 2.2 Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective. 2.3 Sale items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.

  3. Return Process 3.1 To initiate a return, customers must contact our Customer Service department at returns@roseandsteel.com or call 1-800-555-ROSE within the 30-day return period. 3.2 A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained before returning any item. 3.3 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Company error or defective product.

  4. Refunds 4.1 Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment within 10 business days of receiving the returned item. 4.2 Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a Company error or defective product.

  5. Exchanges 5.1 Exchanges for different sizes or colors are subject to availability. 5.2 If the exchanged item has a different price, the difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.

  6. Damaged or Defective Items 6.1 If an item is received damaged or defective, customers must notify the Company within 48 hours of delivery. 6.2 The Company will cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.

  7. Limited Liability 7.1 The Company's liability is limited to the purchase price of the returned item. 7.2 The Company is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages arising from the use of our products.

  8. Right to Refuse Returns 8.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy. 8.2 Returns may be rejected if items show signs of wear, use, or alteration.

  9. Changes to Policy 9.1 The Company reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice. 9.2 The return policy in effect at the time of purchase will apply to that transaction.

  10. Warranty Disclaimer 10.1 EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS POLICY, THE COMPANY MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  11. Governing Law 11.1 This return policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state where Rose & Steel, LLC is headquartered, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law provisions.

  12. Severability 12.1 If any provision of this return policy is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

By making a purchase from Rose & Steel, LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this return policy.
